Mail List Changes

Subscribers to Mail Lists may change their own mail options, such as:

Temporarily stopping, and then restarting, mail delivery
Switching between Regular and Digest versions (where available)
Unsubscribing from the List.
Notes:
- The Mail List you want to change must have your e-mail address as a subscriber to that list.
- If you sometimes use more than one computer or e-mail address, make sure any change request is from the subscription e-mail address. (For example, if your COPD-Support mail is sent to Mary@aol.com, then any change request must be from Mary@aol.com.)

For all other changes such as switching between lists or changing your email address, you need to send a request to List Management.

COPD-Support, Inc is set up to make changes via pre-programmed e-mail. From the list below, go to the Mail List to which you are subscribed and below that, click on the action you want taken. When the e-mail pops up, send it. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you shortly.

COPD-SUPPORT (the entry level list)
- NOMAIL – To temporarily turn off messages from the List
- MAIL – To turn your messages from the List back on.
- DIGEST - To change your subscription to Digest (One consolidated message a day)
- NODIGEST – To change your subscription back to individual messages
- SIGNOFF - To cancel your subscription
COPD (the original main list)
- NOMAIL – To temporarily turn off messages from the List
- MAIL – To turn your messages from the List back on.
- DIGEST - To change your subscription to Digest (One consolidated message a day)
- NODIGEST – To change your subscription back to individual messages
- SIGNOFF - To cancel your subscription
COPD-MOD (the on-topic-only list)
- NOMAIL – To temporarily turn off messages from the List
- MAIL – To turn your messages from the List back on.
- DIGEST - To change your subscription to Digest (One consolidated message a day)
- NODIGEST – To change your subscription back to individual messages
- SIGNOFF - To cancel your subscription
COPD-CAREGIVERS
- NOMAIL – To temporarily turn off messages from the List
- MAIL – To turn your messages from the List back on.
- SIGNOFF - To cancel your subscription
